It's still a pain in the ass to look for job opportunities for nurses here. If only I don't have to go to where my buddy is, I'd just get any job available because I let a lot of opportunities passed just because I still want to be a nurse. Whenever something comes up, there's always the thought that "What if a nursing opportunity comes?" and I just can't settle myself on a non-nursing job.
At present, I am employed as an e-mail support representative but this is just a part-time job. I'm only signed up for a one-month contract and that's it. I took it because I gotta eat and I need this job to do so. My self-worth is draining by gallons per day. I just need something to do.
So I'll be busy for another couple of weeks and God knows what's gonna happen after that. I'm not really expecting any nursing jobs here in the Philippines anymore.It's so unpractical now. I'll just settle for this one-night stand of a job figure out what to do next when I get there.
